Answers:
a rep is one movement of the body that is doing the exercise!. a set is how many times you do it so if you were to have 6 sets of 5 reps you are doing 5 reps six times with about a thrity second to a minute break in between each set!.!.!.hope that helpsWww@Answer-Health@Com

a set is the group of reps!. Reps is short for "repetitions"!. up and down is one "rep" (or side to side, depending on the nature of the exercise)!.

Some people do 3 sets of 10 reps!.

some do 5 sets of 5 reps!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

a "rep" is an abbreviation for repitition, if you curl a dumbell 12 times that is 12 rep!. If you do 12 reps, 3 times that would be 3 sets!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

'rep' is an abbreviation of 'repitition' so yes, one lift = 1 rep!. a 'set' is a number of 'reps' together, usually 8-12!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
