ive looked at a good handful of these q+a's and they say to lose weight you need to do cardio, what is it exactly? running?


Answers:

Cardio is anything that overall improves your cardiovacular health (mainly heart and lungs). You can get a cardio workout by going for a brisk walk, running, playing sports such as basketball, tennis or soccer, you can also use cardio equipment at the gym or go to an aerobics class.
