Why am I not loosing weight?!


Question: Why am I not loosing weight!?
I am a pretty active 19 y/o girl 5'5 and 160 lbs, but I dont look fat becuase my weight is spread out!. I've been eating a lot better then I used to, I drink only soy milk, tea or water, eat lots of grilled chicken and whole grain foods, do yoga twice a week for an hour!. I dont eat a lot of suger and I have bowl problems so I go a lot!. But still I am not losing weight and theres a lot right in my belly area!. I love doing yoga but i am not even developing any muscel or toaning!.

What should I do!? I'd really like to lose some weight!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I would definitely add cardio!. Two good ones are kickboxing and step aerobics!. Both give you good toning and awesome cardio!.

At your weight 1 hour of kickboxing would cause you to burn about 848 calories an hour!.
Some good workouts are Jennett Jenkins Kickboxing and Denise Austins "Ultimate Fatburner" a step aerobics routine!. Both intergrate 5lb dumbells and squats, etc!. to build muscle!.

Even though I know you are saying you eat a lot of whole grain foods, still watch your carbs and make sure they are staying within the recommended daily allowance!. Usually that will give you weight right in the middle!.

Just be patient and the weight will go!. It takes a while for yoga to develop muscles which will probably flatten your stomach!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Yoga is awesome but it isn't the best when it comes to losing weight!. I know that any cardio, walking, jogging, and so on is a good way to burn calories!. And pilates is great for toning!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

If u want to lose ur wait for the first u need to do a lot of exercises!.
Then u must avoid JUNK FOODS!.
Have a lot of RABBIT FOODS like vegetables and fruits!.


@ Always Avioid Junk food!.
@ Dont eat pizza, milk, potato and oily food!.
@ Dont drink Softdrinks and soda!.
@ Eat a lot of fruits
@ Eat a lot of vegitables!.(salad)
@ Drink a lot of water
@ Do not eat candy or chocolate
@ Sleep well
@ If you can, do mediatation and yoga!.
@ Dont drink alcohol and don't smoke
@ Eat hygienic foods!.
@ Don't get yourself starve
@ After breakfast, make water your primary drink!.
@ Switch to ordinary coffee
@ Eat 90 percent of your meals at home!.
@ Eat only when you hear your stomach growling!.
@ Eat at least two servings of a fruit or veggie at every meal!.
@ Use a salad plate instead of a dinner plate!.
@ Eat more soup!. The noncreamy ones are filling but low-cal!.
@ Walk around the mall three times before you start shopping!.
@ Eat without engaging in any other simultaneous activity!. No reading, watching TV, or sitting at the computer!.
