Ok tomorrow?!

Question: Ok tomorrow!?
I am officially starting my diet again!. I have been saying this for past month or so but tomorrow never comes!. I recently got over an eating disorder and now recovered and now i am feeling fat and looking podgy!. I want to shift a few extra pounds as i'm a tad wobbly!. Have anyone got any tips for when i feel the urge to eat or what to eat and what not to eat!. I can't do it alone!. I sit at home all day on the computer and i am constantly hungry (well my head says i am) although i'm not it's just boredom!. I don't drink water so don't say drink water when you feel hungry!.

Thank you everyone!!.!.!.!.xWww@Answer-Health@Com

prepare yourself small fruit portions, like half a sliced apple, or bannana, small handful of grapes, so if you get peckish just have these little bits, but not too many, try and keep them to your 5 a day!. i find this helps my little hunger pangs!!!

hope this helps you!Www@Answer-Health@Com
