Question: What is a good exercise to add muscle mass on the obliques!?

diet is most important!.
you can increase calories by a third!.!. (necessary for mass)
eat 6 or 7 small/med meals a day!.
body builders need 3g of protein per pound of bodyweight, each day!. (crucial for muscle building, and provides body with all the amino acids to recover the stress, hence builds muscle)
3 g of carbs per pound of body weight!.!. (for energy, helps build quality mass)
small amount of healthy fats!.!.(olive oil, almonds, avacado)\
drink lots of water (bout 3 pints, to clean muscle tissue)
30 g of fiber per day!.(oatmeal,whole grain, fruit)

basic crunches(plus side cruches)!.!. you can add weights also!. !.!.i personally love the plank excericises!.!. try that too :)
