150 situps and 80 pushups?!


Question: 150 situps and 80 pushups!?
is this enough of a workout for a 23 year old man to do every day!? Or do I need to add more!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

an excellent exercise, you can do it in front of your TV: sit on a
stool, and put your toes under something (piece of heavy furniture, for example)!. In your hands hold a little dumbbell!. Please, make sure that it is not very heavy, start with one kilo, for example, or you will damage your back and spine!
Slowly move the upper part of your body back, until it's parallel with the ground!. Stop for a second and move it back to the sitting position!. Repeat ten times!.
Every week add to the number of repetitions!.
You will see the results in a week, guaranteed! You will see or feel under the fat - if you have any - six pack and muscles!. Dumbbells do wonders!. Much better than these crunches - I came up to three hundreds and there was no results AT ALL!. With the dumbbells you will see it in a week!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

if you only stick to sit ups and push ups, then u will only see some benefit in those areas being worked!.

to really build muscle, you will need to group body parts and work them in different areas!. only doing 8-12 reps and 2-3 sets!.

Say if you split the body parts into 3 or 4 parts(days), then you will build more muscle!.

Doing 150 situps and 80 pushups, will strengthen, but is unlikely to build much muscle mass!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

To build muscle you need a low rep, high resistance exercise!. Which means 80 push ups is pointless!. The most push -ups you should be doing is 30!. If thirty is too easy!. Add weight to your back or do them with one arm!.

and if you really want to exercise, you gotta run, swim ,jump rope, or bike!. Stamina and losing fat will also make building muscles easier!. and tone up the muscles making them look better!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

during how much time period!? How many times a day!? In all honesty, to add muscle that is not enough!. Try doing intervals of 80-100 push ups 4 times a day at different times, as for sit-ups!. they can be bad for your back!. Bicycle crunches are much better!. Do it daily and you will notice a difference! (Also, as much as I hate it!.!.!.cardio is very important in working the abs!)Www@Answer-Health@Com
