A good diet?!
Question: A good diet!?
Im 14 years old - 5 foot 9 and weigh 175 pounds!. I want to lose around 10 - 20 pounds before the summer!. can anyone reccomend a good diet that works well!. I can take commitment so lay it on me!Www@Answer-Health@Com

no empty calories
eat lots of vegetable and fruit
8 glasses of water a day

exercise everyday!.
