I always hated my muscular stocky looking thighs, until someone told me if I wanted to slim my upper thighs down, to wear light ankle weights through out the day, and every week gradually add weight, and do a lot of cardio and or speed walking for at least 30 min 5 times a week!.
And along with all of that exercise!., my apitite decreased, I slept better, and I began to notice my thighs taking on a slender, more sexier shape!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

No such thing as spot training!. The best thing to do is exercise!.!.!.run, walk, skip!. Whatever you can do to burn calories!.
In addition to this you can do exercises to help the process along!. In addition to running, I like to do 20-30 minutes of weight lifting!. If you have access to a gym there are 2 machines that I absolutely love!. You sit down and put your legs in extended holders!. You will then close your legs against weight in one machine and push them out against weight in another machine!.
If you don't have access to a gym use an exercise ball!. Put it between your legs and press together!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Cardio helps burn fat all over!. Walking, doing squats, lunges, weight machines that target that area, etc will help to tone your muscles!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
