im having a pool party on july 13th. i know i can't expect like big results but i really want to tone my STOMACH and legs. i need like a diet to follow and what kinds of exercises to do. please please please help me!!! whoops...dont wanna sound too desperate! lol

I would run a mile or 2 in the morning. Then another 1 or 2 in the afternoon and another before bed. You'll feel more in shape and it will lighten your mood in no time!!! Good luck...also eat lots of vegetables, fruits, and WATER!!!!
