Question: Is this okay im going to go on a diet!?
Okay im going on the diet with no meat and carbs but its hard to stop carbs for me so i will allow my self to eat cereal but it is wholegrain and no sugar!.

Breakfast:
cereal

Lunch:
2 apples and 2 cucumbers

Dinner:
Baked potatoes OR salad



im trying to lose weight real fast so dont say im staving myself
can anyone please give me some LOW CAL snacks

Please just know that while a few weeks of this diet is okay, it is not okay to completely cut out meat and carbs out of your diet for the long-term!.

Are you taking a multi-vitamin!? That is very important!.

Most dieting books will tell you to have your biggest meal of the day at lunch, so maybe switch the lunch and dinner!? Also, I would much rather see you eat both a potato and a salad!. If you are worried about the calories, don't put on extra dressing!.

Try some celery sticks and carrots for snacks!. Low fat yogurt is also good!.

If you will permit me, I will stand on my soapbox for a minute here: the best way to lose weight is not to go on a "crash diet"!. While you probably will lose weight on this diet, you are very unlikely to maintain the weight loss over time!. The best way to consistently lose weight (and keep it off) is to modify your current eating habits (portion sizes, small substitutions)!.

Also, with this diet, your body may enter what I call "survival mode" and you will not lose any weight!. Your body does this when it senses that you are not obtaining enough nutrients to survive!. Then, when you go off the diet, you quickly gain weight because your body wants to protect itself for the next "survival mode" it might need to enter into!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

That's not enough AND it's not going to be enough for your body to feel satisfied!. In the end you'll either not be able to keep this up and break down after a day of "dieting" or you'll do harm to your body!.

You're basically going to be starving yourself!. Your body will go into starvation mode and use your muscle as energy instead of fat!.

If you want to stop eating carbs, then stop eating carbs!. BUT you need to make healthier choices, not just cut out EVERYTHING!.

You need protein!. You need calcium!. You need vitamins!.

If you take out carbs, you're going to replace it with something equally as bad (by the way, potato IS a carb)!.

As for low-cal snacks:

1) Fruits and veggies - no dipping sauces
2) Popcorn
3) Rice cakes
4) Jello
6) Almonds (with protein, they'll sustain you for longer periods)
7) Water (sometimes we confuse hunger and thirst)Www@Answer-Health@Com

Add more protein!. An egg white has as much protein as a 6oz steak, but only around 12 calories! Have several egg whites instead of the cereal! Egg whites have no cholesterol as well!.

You should have a variety of veggies for lunch!. Why limit yourself to two!? Go for steamed veggies instead as they have more vitamins!.

I eat a big breakfast everyday and have snacks (mostly healthy) everytime I feel hungry!. My metabolism is super high as a result!. I am 5'8" and only 105lbs and have been eating this way almost all my life!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

If your trying to lose weight fast yeah, but I guarentee you that you will not be able to stick to something so limited for to long!.Do some cardio for like a half hour a day too, even if its just jumping around dancing and stuff it's still a calorie burner!. Although!.!.!.if you Starve yourself too much, your body will hold onto every little calorie it gets!. Cutting out whole food groups is very very unhealthy!.

Without carbs you will not be losing enough weigh!. There are good carbs and fatty bad ones!.!.!.as long as you have some of the good ones and not too much of them then you will lose weight faster!. If you have a no carb diet you are only going on empty and when you get off of ur diet youll gain it all back fast!. Good carbs are also fuel!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

well i know you don't want to hear it but if you eat that little your BODY WILL GO INTO STARVATION MODE and will hold on to all the fat you have making it much more difficult to lose!.!.!.you plan can work if you add more calories from good foods like fruit, veggies and lean meat or beansWww@Answer-Health@Com

Well, that looks kinda unhealthy to me!.

At least eat some nuts to keep your energy level and protein up!. Have a few a day [a handful, but spread it out inbetween meals], and I can promise it won't hurt your diet at all!. It will helpp!.

you gotta drink 3 glasses of lowfat milk daily!.!.your diet is seriously lacking calcium & iodine to burn fat!.!.drink lots of herbal tea & water at other times!.!.just walk around your neighbourhood 45 mins a day!.!.!.lose 4 pounds of fat per week and stay safe!.!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Malnutrition is just as bad if not worse than being overweight!. The proper way to lose weight is eating healthy balanced meals and exercising!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

thats good if you need to lose weight for a certain event
but you might gain the weight back after a few weeks if you let yourself go!.

It worked and had a quick effect!!
