I am trying to lose weight but I hate the feeling of being hungry all the time.

Answers:

Well you shouldn't be! The key to dieting isn't starving yourself - it's eating the right things. And eating frequently. Keeping your blood sugar level is what's going to help you from feeling hungry. Have three meals but healthy snacks in between. When I do that I find it MUCH easier to stick to my diet. Otherwise by the time you eat you feel like you could devour an entire grocery store lol

I like nonfat yogurts, apples. There's also a bunch of 100 calorie snack packs at the grocery store - little cookies, etc. Just remember ONE pack, though! If you're a veggie fan edamame (soy bean) pods are sooo yummy - full of protein, too. I also like to nibble on sugar snap peas - they're so sweet and crunchy! Celery sticks with a little bit of lowfat peanut butter. Also drink lots and LOTS of water. I find that really helps fill me up. If you get bored with plain water there's sugar free Crystal Lite and Koolaid that you can get - little tubes that empty right into your water bottle.

Good luck - it ain't easy. I'm trying to lose right now, too. Another tip - if you have a dog, walk it often! That's one thing that's really getting my butt moving. Not only is it good for me but good for him as well. Don't have a dog? Borrow one from a neighbour, friend, or volunteer at your local shelter as a dog walker!

FYI - pretzels are a HORRIBLE diet snack - loaded with carbohydrates which will pack on even more pounds PLUS salt - which will make you retain water.
