Question: Are energy drinks bad for you!? why!?
what is guarine!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Answers:
Energy drinks contain caffeine, guarine, and taurine, along with many other energy boosters!. While they will likely not cause you any harm, they can be dangerous!. Energy drinks increase your heart rate, and having more than the recommended dosage (usually 1-2 cans per day, read the labels) increases your heart rate even more, to a potentially dangerous level!. You should never have an energy drink and then proceed to do some very active exercise - obviously, the exercise will increase your heart rate, and along with the increased heart rate from the energy drink, it could rise to a dangerous level!. There are stories of young athletes having heart attacks or their hearts simply stopping from too much pressure!.

Also, drinking alcohol with energy drinks can be dangerous!. The energy drinks elevate the alcohol's effect on your body, again to a very dangerous level!.

But if you're falling asleep studying or need a boost to stay awake in class now and then, having an energy drink won't hurt!. You can find tons of scary testimonials online about killer energy drinks, but I wouldn't worry!.!.!.you can find those about almost any product these days!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Some energy drinks do have vitamins but almost all have a HUGE amount of sugar which causes a spike of energy a then a quick hard crash!. If your trying to get energy try eating protein!. (peanut butter!. meat!.)Www@Answer-Health@Com

i don't think they're any worse for you than anything else but what would you do if you couldn't get them anymore!? could you function without them !?Www@Answer-Health@Com
