It all depends on how much you exercise (or do anything strenuous in your daily life) and how heavy you are now!.
For a start she is wearing skinny jeans and stilleto heels which immediately makes her look taller and thinner!.
The other important factor is your age!. I would guess she is no older than 20 if that!. She has a young girl/womans body!. Once you hit 25 your hips will be broader and your breasts will be fully developed and unless you starve yourself like Posh spice then you will not and should not have that figure!. Grown women (even skinny ones) are more curvy!.

So the best and healthiest figure for you personally!.
Start by counting calories!. Not because this is the best way to lose weight but just so you get an idea of how little you actually need to eat to maintain your optimum weight!. I think you will be surprised at just how many calories are in those foods we all crave, cakes, sweets, chocolate, cheese etc!. We eat far too much of all of those and we eat too much in general for our needs in the West!.
Try to eat at the right time of the day and the right amount!. Eat as much as you can for breakfast to keep you full until lunchtime so you won't be tempted to snack!. Eat cereal that is unsweetened, add dried fruit and/or nuts to provide you with the best start and have it with either low fat yoghurt or semi-skimmed milk!.
Right lunchtime! If you are a sandwich girl then make it unsliced wholemeal bread that you slice yourself, not that ready sliced pappy white or so called brown bread that has no substance and would not fill a fly up let alone a person!. Top with cottage cheese, chicken or turkey!. They are all low fat options!. Add loads of salad veg too!. Once a week treat yourself to your favourite topping just so you can get your fat craving and also because after a while you will find things like mayo start to taste very fatty and you will go off them!.
If sarnies are not your thing have soup (preferably homemade) and a piece of bread with low fat spread, or a salad with prawns (no mayo!!) or grilled chicken or similar!.
For an evening meal make sure you eat before 7pm never afterwards!. That way you will burn a fair amount of calories before you go to sleep!. Try to eat as little as possible for the evening meal!. You do not need a lot as you will be relatively inactive in the evening unless you are going to exercise/dance etc!. Try to include something in the evening meal that you have not had in the day!. Potatoes, for instance but again no mayo and no butter!.
For snacks in the day eat nothing but fruit or raw veges (carrots etc!.) and drink water, lots of it!. It is what makes the food go through your system smoothly (digestive transit) and that means less nasties sitting in your system and making you feel bloated (fat!!)
Exercise!. Seems like hard work just saying it but it doesn't have to be!. If you like to dance do that for an hour!. Make everything you do in a day more strenuous!. Walk faster!. Run more!. Climb up and down a flight of steps more than once just for a laugh!. Exercise releases a drug that makes you feel good which is why some people become exercise junkies!. Try and get your kick and enjoy life more!. Just make sure that you like whatever exercise you do!. That way you will stick with it!. Try horseriding, belly dancing, synchronized swimming even!. It doesn't have to be boring!

First of all, you have to have the genes for that (no pun intended)!. You have to be at least 5'10" and have very long legs!. Then of course, you have to be built slenderly!. Most of those models will say that they "eat whatever they want and can't gain weight"!. They might also be doing drugs to stay that thin!.

You're going to have to work with your figure and do what works: control your diet and exercise!. Limit fat in take, eat lots of fruits and veggies and protein!. And lots of crunches!. Most likely, you'll great, but won't look like that!Www@Answer-Health@Com

You have to remember that photo is probably air brushed, so it won't be a true picture!.
