Question: Im about to go crazy about my weight!!!!!?
ok i need to lose some weight but i just cant seem to lose any somebody help or im gonna start starving myself again
at the beginning of the year i starved myself and lost 12 pounds but i am still fat errrggggggg!!!!! I need some help and i dont wanna starve myself again that is a last resortWww@Answer-Health@Com

Losing weight isn't a mysterious process!. In fact, weight loss doesn't even have to involve strange diets, special exercises or even the 'magic' of pills or fitness gadgets!. Want the secret to weight loss!? Make small changes each and every day and you'll slowly (but surely) lose those extra pounds!.


So my secret is dancing my *** off in my room yeahhh!! trust me dancing is so a sport! and every time i get hungry i eat am apple of any fruit! !!

You should never ever skip breakfast!. It really is the most important meal of the day!. It's not all about calories, but more of what foods you do eat!. Eat more fruits and vegetables, almonds are a great snack, and eggs in the morning are great!. Salmon and sardines make good dinners and frozen fruit bars make good desserts!.

People also seem to forget that you have to work out to see results!. Most people will exercise for one day and then expect to look totally different, and then they give up!. The body takes time to change!. I eat quite a bit of fish, lean meats, fruits, and vegetables!.

And 100 calorie packs are crap!. Same with diet soda!. Like I said, Almonds and fruits are way better snacks and water is your best friend!. Green tea is also good if you don't like water!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Most people who read these questions about starving yourself will think, A)you are a stupid young girl, desperate for attention, or B) you are just stupid, or C) you are nuts!.!.!. I wouldn't recommend asking "starving" questions if you aren't ready of a barrage of "go get help" comments!.

Use you brain!. Diet!. Exercise!. The weight WILL come off!. If you really want help, try asking something like, "I'm ready to change my life the healthy way, how do I get started!?"
