Triceps extensions, tate presses (check elitefts.com), triceps pushdowns...the list is quite endless.
I ama powerlifter and to build up your triceps fast I would recommend close grip benching with heavier weights. keep it in the 6-8 rep for 5-6 sets range. By close grip i mean arms at a 90 degree angle to the bar.
Full range is not necessary if you encounter shoulder pain. I use board presses, pin presses and full range bench in the close grip and these will make your triceps explode. Depending on your level of dedication you may want to check out Charles Staleys Massive Arms Routine. I personally put on 1.5 inches in 12 weeks following this plan.
