Exercising question?!


Question: Exercising question!?
I eat a protien bar every other day before I go to the gym!. When I get back i don't usually eat anything!.

This isn't a good idea because eating protein within 2 hours AFTER working out helps muscle recovery (growth)!. When you work out, you create tiny tears in your muscle!. Afterwards, the muscle repairs itself and becomes "stronger!." Eating protein (like whey protein) plus good complex carbs (whole wheat bread, potatoes, brown rice, etc!.!.!.) aids in muscle recovery!. The other important thing is sleep!. You need a good sleep in order for the muscles to recover properly!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

no when you work out you cut muscle and the way you get bigger is when the body heals those cuts it makes you bigger and stronger in order for the body to repair those cuts you need to eat protine to help build the muscleWww@Answer-Health@Com

Eating the protein before working out isn't bad because it'll take the time for you to exercise for your stomach to digest it, but not eating after working out isn't the best idea!. You won't get the most out of your work outWww@Answer-Health@Com

your body is "starving" for nutrition after a workout!.!.!.!.!.!.you need to get some simple carbs in your system immediately after a workout such as dextrose or waxy maize!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
