Question: Can any one please give me advice!. please dont even bother reading if you cant help!?
i need to lose weight!. im 17 and im not comfotable!. my house is like hell and i would like to do my stuff on my own time!. im not allowed to leave the house to go anywhere and i just wanted to know is there any work outs i can do so my family wont start to laugh at me!. i get so sad because im the only big one and my siblings are rude to me adn dont respect me because im bigger!. please i need any time of help!. any advive to what i should do !. thank youWww@Answer-Health@Com

im so srry to here about what ur siblings are doing to u!.!.!.!. no one should judge u by what u look like :( but i CAN help u!.!.!.!. here are some tips for u

1!. to work out ur core ( make ur belly smaller and stronger) u need to do atleast 50-150 situps are corscrews a day (or more if possible!
2!. run!.!.!.!.!.!.! see if ur mom will let u run in ur neighbor hood to help your legs!.
3!. jumping jacks


BEFORE u do any of this talk to your doctor!. find out if ur size is apropriate for u!.

4!. one last BIG thing 2 help u is GIVE UP ALL SODAS, CHIPS, CANDY!.!.!.!. ect!. some is ok maybe once or twice a week!. go vedgies, prototien, and fruite!.

I know exactly how you feel!.

If you absolutely can't leave the house, just make sure that you don't spend the entire day in front of the computer/T!.V!. Lock yourself in your room, put on your iPod and start dancing!. Make up routines, dance randomly, whatever, just keep moving!.

If you have access to a pool, that's a great exercise also!. Just do some laps!.

Drink iced water, and your body will burn more than 15 calories every time you drink water!.

Eats slowly, so that your body knows when it's full!. Sometimes, say no to ice cream or cake!.

There's tons of little tricks, and these are just some of them

First of all, try to ignore your siblings when they tease you!. You will be able to laugh back when you are feeling healthy and in better shape!.

Do you have your own room!? Do you have a DVD or video player!? I recommend workout tapes, such as kickboxing!. If that is too strenuous, try yoga or Pilate's!. Are you allowed to leave the house to go for fast walks!? Listen to some music and break a sweat at least 3 times per week!.

If you are not used to exercise at all, you will be surprised how fast you see results!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

2!. drink lots of water
3!. dont eat as many foods that are high in calories, fat, sugar, or carbs!. so basically stick to healthy foods such as vegetables and small meat and protein!.
4!. DONT eat less than an hour before you go to bed!. when you eat really close to your bed time, your body cant digest the food, even if its good, and it is stored as fat!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

You most likely aren't that big, and it is just your siblings making you feel that way!. Try doing situps, or weight lifting your books! It's great because you don't have to leave your room!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

you eat in the morining a cup of milk and a hot soup!. you have your luch with a variety of salad, fruit, meat and nothing else!. after 6:00 eat many fruit and water ( 3~5 fruit and 2L of water) after that do no eat nothing else till the next morning!. never try to eat nothing at all during the whole day because you can easilly come back to be fat!. do this and when time passes try toeat less in lunch and more fruit + water!.
