Question: To loose 10 pounds at a time!.!?
okay my goal weight is to loose atleast 25 pound before August, because that's when i go back to detroit and i want to feel healthier and not fatter!. and once my family been seeing what i been doing in the winter, its not going to nice,
does anybody have any plans or tips for me to keep track with my weightloss and to stay focused and motivated!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Yes, I have lost 35lbs since March 15!. I used http://thedailyplate!.com to keep track of what I eat!. Almost any food you can think of (fast food, chain restaurants, stuff in the store) is already in the database with nutritional information!. Exercises are in the database and once you put in your weight, it will tell you how many calories you burn in however long you put in!. Also you set your weight goal and how much you want to lose a week (1-4lbs) and it will tell you how many calories a day you can eat to make that goal!. It also subtracts your exercise and daily activities from that number!.
It also has a lot of awesome graphs and reports and its FREE

You have just got to be motivated!. Do what works for you!. By this point, if you cant get motivated for something then you must not be very successful!. Maybe that will get you motivated, me saying you are a Fatty Magee!.Or maybe you have personal motivation, "I can have that body I have always wanted" or "Now I can wear things and do things that I haven't ever been able to wear/do before!. So either anger driven or personally driven, I hope you can do it, because a healthier you means a healthier America :)Www@Answer-Health@Com

1!. dont bank on the words 'fast','easy','simple' & 'quick'!.!.!.!.to stay safe,you shoudnt lose beyond 4 pounds of fat per week

2!. start brisk walking 40-60mins a day!.!.!.get a dog or 2 if you find your walking routine boring!.!.or if you are at a gym,experiment all forms of
cardio available and stick to all that you like

3!. drink only water,100% natural/fresh fruit/veggie juices,lowfat milk and lots of green tea

4!. severely limit carbs n fat but eat lean proteins and veggies very well!.!.make sure you eat a good breakfast!foods generally that aid fat loss-
fruits,oatmeal,milk,raw nuts,fish,beans,veggies, small chunks of dark chocolate and herbal teas!.

5!. do lots of pilates/yoga/strength training to get the best from your cardio

6!. be smart when eating out or at events/functions(such as preparing your own meal & eating in advance)

7!. dont trust myths like "no food after 7pm"!.!.!.you have to stay nourished to lose fat,!.!.the best you can do if you are scared to eat is perhaps
drink a glass of ice chocolate lowfat milk mixed with a tsp of instant softened oatmeal!.!.!.

go easy on the peanut butter and start working out, reduce the food intake and increase the workout (you can start by jogging - or just walking for a long time to burn some calories)!. dont eat at night or eat light and have a good breakfast!. no need to eat between meals!.
