Do i have a good plan?!


Question: Do i have a good plan!?
i've been exercising for 2 weeks now!.!.!.1 hour everyday which includes cardio,dance,some weights, i have been drinking about 6 glasses of water everyday and have been eating lighter!. i love ice cream so i only eat it 1 week!.!.!.is my plan good and should i be seeing results in about a monthWww@Answer-Health@Com

yes you should get some kind of results!. Once a week track your weight and your body measurements!. Muscle weighs more than fat so you may start loosing fat but your weight may seem the same or slightly going down!. This way if you track your measurements you can see how many inches you are loosing as well!. As for eating ice cream only once a week it's fine!. You have to treat yourself a little once in awhile or else you may end up giving up in the long run!.
