Is this a good diet?
i'm a 17 year old female that wants to lose 4 pounds in 2 weeks.
breakfast-200 calories
snack-200 calories
lunch-300 calories
dinner-400 calories
with unlimited fruits and veggies in between. i'm also adding 10 more minutes of cardio to my workout everyday.
anything else i can do to boost my metabolism?
will i be able to lose the weight?
please help!!! i'm not eating any junk food or desserts( other than fruits) for a month.

if ur on a diet u can have up to 1400 calories a day... if the food is all good for u... sry im gonna be annoying and give u the diet that i have
260 calories for breakfast-oatmeal with honey and an activia yogurt
140 calories for a snack-nutri-grain bar
or 200 if its an energy bargrain bar
200 calories for lunch- salad with chicken and low fat low calorie dressing of choice
300 calories for a snack of a fruit smoothie
400 calories for grilled chicken and pasta
there a whole day on 1300 calories!!!!
