Joining Army need to lose 10 pounds in 5 weeks?? any suggestion??

I get up and eat an apple or grapefruit before I work out.....work out for about an hour (mostly cardio) get home and eat egg whites.........ok then lunch its usually a tuna sandwich on wheat bread lime juice on tuna...and a thing of yogurt....mid afternoon snack usually another grapefruit....dinner chicken and a salad or a subway sandwich...don't eat past 6pm ever! I drink lots and lots and lots and lots of water all day........should this work? Ive hit a plateau that i cannot shake off for the life of me and im trying to lose these ten pounds fast so that I won't be stressing it right before I get ready to ship out............please ANY help at this point......thanks guys!=)

actually u seem to be doing good. Cardio is a great way to lose weight. It is possible to lose 10 pounds in 5 weeks what u can do is just focus on cardio. remember to lose 1lb u must burn 3500 calories. so keep that in mind. also make sure u get some sleep because study shows that the people who dont sleep enough are usually overweight and obese.do Cardio 40-60 minutes/4-5 times a week . I really cant tell you much because u seem to have all down.
