I generally found that I would feel sick during/after exercise if I pushed myself much too hard when my fitness level wasn't really up to scratch (the old trying to get results quickly trick)!.

I found that I needed to set smaller goals and work out at a less intense level until my cardio/strength got better!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Perhaps you aren't hydrating appropriately!. You shouldn't over do it but you most definitely want to be hydrated throughout the day that you plan on working out!. Make sure you eat well and at least and hour before you work out!. You might not be eating enough, believe it or not!. Also, if you hydrate while working out, don't consume big gulps of water at once, but rather take small sips throughout the entire workout!. It could any of the above, or it could just be that you aren't getting enough rest!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

too much of a good thing can be just as bad as not enough!.!.!. You are probably over training try slowing down a bit and let your system cry for more training but only do as much as you can breathe normally , if you are running after your breath it's too much for youWww@Answer-Health@Com

It may be something do to with your equalibrium!. You should check it outWww@Answer-Health@Com
