Question: HELP! i ate 500 more calories than i should have today!!?
im only supposed to eat 1500 but i had 2000!!!! how is this going to impact me!!?!!? and will cutting down in the next few days help!!?!Www@Answer-Health@Com

Wow!. I wish my life was pathetic enough to obsess about every little calorie that I consume!. Most days I eat at least 2,000-2,500 calories!. I'm sure I ate more than that today, but I don't care!. Everything I ate came in the form of whole, real foods!. Well, the veggie wrap I had at dinner was a bit questionable, but it certainly wasn't the worse thing I had!.
I eat what I want when I want!. I don't obsess over calories because it's not necessary!. I eat whole, real foods and I eat them in abundance!. (At six feet, 155 pounds, I could stand to gain five to ten pounds!. Ironic, eh!? I don't care about calories, I eat what want when I want and I could stand to gain weight!.) It's part of what makes life wonderful!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I feel you, I'm dieting and I often go over my limit!. You could cut back over the next couple of days but 1500 is already pretty low so if you do cut back, you'll probably just get really hungry and go over again another day!. I would say work out a little harder tomorrow and keep going forward!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
I think u know ur being unreasonable with ur health!.!.!.going on diet and not eating can not only be harmful for u, but u cud actually end up gaining!. u should probably do weight watchers (depending how old u r) it controls how much u eat and u can do it online (i heard)!.!.!.i think they have 1 week free u could try it out!.

Relax!. It's ok!. One day of eating 2,000 calories will not impact your body!. You don't even have to cut back the next few days!. your body doesn't react to minor changes like that when they only happen once in a while!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
i don't think it's THAT big a deal!. normal calorie consumption is 2000 calories and eating a big treat isn't such a big deal if you do it like, once a month!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
