people say to work out 3x a day to get in shape and let ur muscles relax!.!.
but what about those people who work out 5-7 days a week!.!.!?

it shud be 6 days a week!. 1 day shud be for resting ur muscles and letting them build up!. Don't take too much break time while working out!. u shud b able to see the changes within 6 months!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
i would say 6 is the optimum!.!.!.you deserve a day of rest from the gym/ week and the gym isnt gonna cry if you bunk for a day a week right !?!? :-)!.!.!.heavy training of resistance and cardio for 3 alternate days and another 3 days in between used for slightly lesser cardio but combined with much lower impact exercises such as Pilates,Fitball and HathayogaWww@Answer-Health@Com
I say 5-7X!. You don't have to do hard workouts every day!. Some days I burn 450 calories, and sometimes up to 700 calories!. I don't go every day, but I try to do atleast 5X a week!. Eat healthy and exercise!. Remember that exercise can be fun!. GOOD LUCK!Www@Answer-Health@Com

It depends on our goal!. 3x a week is good for cardiovascular health (heart and lungs) but to lose weigt you should be doing some kind of exercise about 5-6 days a week!. I believe they say you sould always have one rest day!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
i would reccomend 10-15 minutes a day in the morning exercising!. and 10 minutes when you go to bed!.
