Question: I seriously had a horrible day!.!.!.but I really need advice about what to do!. (easy 10 points)!?
so i had a really horrible day, and i have a piercing headache!. and i was wondering if i SHOULD just work out anyway!.
i'm NOT going to workout on friday because im going out with friends!. and i have everyday since saturday!.
so that's 2 days off this week, if i skip today!.

so far i've ate
-piece of banana bread and 100 cal fat free yogurt=300 cal
-sandwich on 35 cal bread with turkey-150 cal at most
-150 cal worth of wheat crisps
-80 cal fat free pudding
so that is 680 calories!.
so i have about 520 more for dinner!.!.!.

and I was thinking of this
-reduced fat velveeta cheese shells-400 cal, 5 grams of fat
-3 oz!. grilled chicken-120 calories!.

would that be okay!? but it's not that that healthy!.!.!.and i dont want a salad or veggies!.
i just really feel like having chinese food, lol!. or mexican!.!.something from a restaurant!.

any ideas!?
and honestly, should i just workout anyway today!? run 3 miles and do 30 minutes of pilates!?
i just feel so weak and sick!.

It won't kill you to skip but I always find that on a bad day, a workout helps me feel better, even if it's a short one!. Start out easy and if you feel better, keep going!. If not, at least you did something for a bit!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

If you did all that, and you only worked out 5x a week, you'd still be in the zone!. You're probably not feeling good because your body is starved for nutrition!.

I sure hope you're taking vitamins with that starvation diet you've got yourself on!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

ok, i think you will be fine for a day!. You are not overweight!.!.!. and it sounds like your body is saying "PLEASE REST, PLEASE REST!!"

Take a day off, rest up, enjoy some chinese food, and workout tomorrow!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I'm glad that you've paced out the calories so you are eating well!.!.!.but also, sometimes its best to give in to those cravings! Chinese food is actually very low in fat, and if you supress the urge completely, instead of allowing yourself a healthy portion, you may very well end up eating 42902 other things trying to get the same satisfaction!.!.!.and probably order the general tsaos anyway!

As far as working out, what about just a minor wokr out!? Two days off a week isnt bad, maybe just go for a walk while you wait for your delivery guy!Www@Answer-Health@Com
