Should I lose weight?
I'm a 14 year old girl and I'm 5'3"
I weigh about 105 pounds. I exercise (swimming,weight training, biking) at least 2 hours a day, every day. So, should I lose weight, or am I at a good weight?

maintain or gain like 10 pounds, I am sorry about your eating disorder, they ... suck to say the least. Be strong, safe, healthy. Don't worry about your weight, I am sure you will always look great, but care more about your health. I know, I know, it's hard, but try to eat a decent amount, 1,000 calories is still low, but healthy enough to manage and to maintain your weight. You deserve better than any things an eating disorder has to offer. Take vitamins. Just stay strong.
