Question: How can I burn the extra calories!?
Hey there, so i'm on a diet and exercise program!. So I'm starting to run, I'm doing this running program: http://www!.coolrunning!.com/engine/2/2_3/!.!.!. I also do horseback riding 2 times a week, but on the days when I do run, i burn only around 140-170 calories per run, how can I burn more calories!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

i use an excercise bike with a calorie counter then i can make sure i do exactly what i need to do for example i know that there is 7716 calories roughly in a kilogram , if i want to make sure i lose a kg in a week i make sure i burn 1102 calories each day more than i eat this works for me and i can basically set an exact weight loss target , it takes about 50 min on the bike for me to do 600 calories so i do 50 min in the morning and 50 min at night ,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,, my rmr is 1650 calories so what i do is my rmr 1650 + calories burned on the bike - calories eaten that will give me the calories ive lost that day then i divided that by 7716 (calories in a kg) and that gives me roughly how much weight i have lost that day

1250/7716=0!.16 kg lost
