If i run every other day will i have a flatter abdomen in 3 weeks?!


Question: If i run every other day will i have a flatter abdomen in 3 weeks!?
So yeah, if I run every other day for 30-60 minutes plus do core tightening for 15 minutes will i be good(flat abdomen) in like 3 weeks!? I drink water(alot), i dance EVERYNiGHT, EAT SOME VEGGiEs && love fruitz so im good with that!.!.!.!.just wondering about this!.!.!.looks kindah like this http://urie!.files!.wordpress!.com/2007/09/!.!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

ya thats the right way to go!. if u want a flatter stomach u need to do cardio to shed the layer of fat over your abs!. keep it up and youll see results in a few weeks!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

sit ups and crunches are the ticket!.!.!. everybody's least favorite exercises I know, but running won't help that problem!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
