u know what !! I do to keep my self motivated!.!. !! I put a picture of when I looked my worst!! yes and it remind me that I do not want to go back to that!!! I also keep this specially jeans that I used to wear when I was slim!.!. and just wanting to get in them makes me work harder!! and makes me want to get to my goal!.!. is hard! that dosent mean that, they are days in where I just want to quite, and days in where I cheat!.!. but the secret to success is that, even when you go through moments like this, and even if you ate that piece of cake you shoudlnt, you just cant give!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
well if its "too hard" you might be doing it wrong!.
make sure your eating right!. if your not eating right, then it wont matter how many times you work out or how long you run or any of that!. you can be out jogging and exercising all day long but you wont lose a pound if you eat bad junk food and like fast food!.

it is soooo hard!. thats the first thing you have to accept tho! So you are part of the way there!. I was 80kgs and lost 40kgs (so now 50kgs)!. They say nutrition counts for 80%!. So get your eating right (lots of fresh fruit, vegies, wholegrains, protein and less fat, sugar etc) and exersize too (this will make you tone up as you lose weight and help your metabolism (do some light weights as well)

Well crash diets will only make you lose "water weight" and that fat comes back soooo quick because water weight is gained through salt and not getting the right amount of liquids so you will gain it back !.!.!. don't do a crash diet!. Take some energy pills or something so that you have the strength to follow up an exercise routine!. No pain no game!!! I lost 15 pounds in 2 months by exercising 45 minutes a day (( I skipped a Saturday or two)) and watching my portions !.!.!. NO DIET just watching portions!. Sometimes when I didn't wanna eat or too lazy to cook I just grabbed a meal replacement bar from Kellogg's Special K and OMG those things are absolutely fabulous because they will fill you up no kidding!. So yeah that's how I lost it !.!.!. you can do it too!Www@Answer-Health@Com
Overweight or underweight is generally a result of improper nutrition!. You need to get good nutrition to control your weight!. Its not that hard!.!.!. just a 1 - 2 - 3 formula :)Www@Answer-Health@Com
