Unfortunately for most women and girls the breasts are the first place you lose weight, the face the second and the hips/tummy area where most of us want to lose it most is last!. You can help reshape your body by exercising which helps build muscle which basicly weighs more than fat but takes up less space!. If you have a chubby face, yes, your face will lose weight too and it is the first part of your body to lose weight!. And if you wanna appear taller, losing weight is a good idea since it can create an illusion of height!.
