Question: Do you loose weight or gain weight from not eating dinner!?
I'm on a weight watchers diet and would like to loose about 20 pounds!. How can i do this!? Should i eat dinner!? and when should i work out the most!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

You should definitely eat dinner in addition to 5 other small meals a day!. Also eat your starchier carbs earlier in the day and taper them off as you get toward the evening!. Eat good watery carbs like vegetables with a small piece of chicken for dinner!.
Skipping meals tricks your body into going into fat storage mode because it doesn't know when your going to feed it again!. Then when you do eat, you over eat!. It's never a good idea to skip meals!. The best way to loose weight is to eat right and exercise!. Instead of skipping dinner it's better to have some salad or fruit or anything that is less fatty and always chew your food more so that u get a feel that u eat a lot still eating less!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
