Is it bad to keep doing the same workout routines?!

Question:

Is it bad to keep doing the same workout routines?

im talking mainly about my upper body workouts, like the arms, shoulders, etc.....every monday, wednesday, and friday, i workout using some dumbbells since im still in highschool and dont want to start going to a gym yet. i do 2 sets of 10 dumbbell curls, 2 sets of 10 hammer curls, 2 sets of 12 tricep extensions, and another exercise which i dont know the name of. and then i finish with some pushups. is it ok to do this every single monday, wednesday, and friday? or should i add some new exercises once in a while to change my routine a little bit?

Answers:

YES! Without any kind of change, your muscles will get used what you are doing and they will stop improving to the point that you will just be wasting time. Every month, you should make changes to your routine. Whether you change the exercises, the rep/set schemes, weight, rest periods or anything else your body will be forced to work and improve.

I would definitely add new exercises. The ones that you listed only work your small muscles. You need to do exercises that work the most muscle groups and especially your major ones (Chest, Back, Shoulders, Legs, Core).
