Question: Yoga questions!?
So I was wondering if I were to begin Yoga, what like positions or poses would I do to start out with!?
For how long should I do it each time I do it!?
How many times a week should I do it!?
What time should I do it!?
How long do I hold each pose!?
And the days I do it should I do it at the same time like have a set time that I do Yoga at!? Or does it matter!?

Per yoga scripture-
the best time is in the morning before bath, or 1/2 hr after!.
start with simple poses(even if they seem babyish) for the first week!.
As your body gets used to being stretched advance!.
Practice daily, for 3-5 breaths and advance to 30sec!.
Each should be held for a max of 45-60sec!.
Having a set time, and duration for each helps improve awareness!.
Along with the simple stuff start with Sun salutation(Surya namaskar)!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
