I want my abs to show more, for summer, what types of workouts should i do that will actually burn calories!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

what i do is!.!.!. run about 15 minutes a day then do some an ab workout where i make my back straight and lay my forearms on the ground so my back is off the floor then i raise one arm then the other for about 7 minutes, it gets my abs on fire!.!. so do that about 4 times a weekWww@Answer-Health@Com
It's harder for girls because you store your fat closer to the surface!. Most people actually have abs but they are hidden under this fat!.

crunches and situps and great for abs!. Also torso stretches and toe touch to the side are great!. Crunches are more effective when you have a small ball supporting your backto get a closer crunch and tighter abs!. good luck!Www@Answer-Health@Com
crunches wont work alone u need cardio crunches build the abs that u already have but if u want sexy looking abs do less crunches and more cardio u need to burn off the fat first then build up the abs as much as ud likeWww@Answer-Health@Com
