So, if Fresca has 0 calories.....?
0 carbs (which equals 0 sugars), 0 fat but 35 mg of sodium, what does that mean? If I am trying to cut out bad liquids from my diet, can I still drink it?
Basically, what are the pros and cons of this "soda" that doesn't seem to be bad in any way?

The big problem is that Fresca has a ton of preservatives, additives and such. So even though no carbs, it still doesn't mean it's good.
It's boring, but water is better...
