What can I do to get a six pack?!


Question: What can I do to get a six pack!?
I go to the gym a few times a week, and I just started working out, so I want to get a six pack and I dont know howWww@Answer-Health@Com

Belonging to a gym is your first resource!. When you have a gym membership they usually give you one or two sessions with a trainer at no cost!. Check it out and see if you gym does it!.

The second thing is to remember that you'll never get a six-pack if you have a layer of fat covering your abs, so you have to watch your diet!. You have to go on any specific diet, just one where you will eat healthy foods (fresh fruit,veggies, lean protein, whole grains and no junk food!.

There is a good workout on the blog below that is specifically created for getting good abs!. If you not sure of some of the exercises you can either Google them or write them down and take it to your gym!.

Also please remember that you can't get a six-pack overnight and it will take some work (through both diet and exercise) but if you are determined, you will succeed!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I know guys are too hard to do most cardio!. But it worked for me before I got pregnant!. Running doesn't really give you a six pack it mostly just burns fat!. I swear I got a six pack in a month from a lot of dance cardio and a little tae bo and kick boxing!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

You already have one!. The difference of mine and yours is that I have much less fat covering mine!.
