If you are going to give up starches that IS a great way to lose weight!.
Low fat meats will help you and fill you up!. You can have a healthy portion of grilled chicken breast, green beans and a salad and feel full!.
If you deprive yourself too much, it will be easy to fall off your new way of eating!. (don't say diet) Once a week, give yourself a small portion of what you like to eat!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Not all veggies are good for weight loss!. Carrots, potatoes and corns are high glycemic carbohydrate that are high calorie too!.

And don't forget if you want to lose weight naturally you need to take some good white meat like fish and chicken or turkey as good protein to prevent fast absorption of the glucose from even the green veggies!.

Some good fat from fish and good oil like extra virgin olive oil also play the role to hamper the absorption of the carbohydrate!.

So if you want to lose weight take complete good healthy foods that consist of good carbohydrate, good protein and good fat/oil!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

This is not the way to go! Your body needs some meat and starch as well as fat!. If you do no have all full diet your body needs, slowly your body will eat away at your muscle, searching for its nutrients!. Try eating in smaller amounts and eat your fod more slowly!. Excerice daily and try and buren of all your claries!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

stop eating foods that has or had blood and starch and you'll see the results!. simply right!. eat spelt or rye(replaces common wheat which is starchy), quinoa(replace common rice) or you can cook black rice or wild rice, amaranth is great and so is teff and many other foods that won't harm you!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

You need all food groups in your diet to be healthy , i find carbohydrates are the killer for me as it takes longer for your body to break down !.!. but they are the only thing that fills me up !.!.!.!. but saying that when i honestly diet !.!. i cut out diary !.!. and limit carbohydrates and i do lose weight, don't eat after 7pm !.!. let your food have time to digest !.!. don;t go to bed on an full stomach !.!.!.

walking helps too !.!. but hard to get time to do this !.!.!.!.

going no meat is good for 10 lbs!. I know this because that is what I lost when I went veggie!. and have kept it off!. no starch is also good!. lots of fruits and veggies!. keep notebook for calories ate that day!. keep at 1200 to 1400!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Do a lot of walking and a Diabetic Diet is the best there is, I lost 45 pounds in 5 months!. Good luck!.
