I'm glad you're skeptical! Because it is not possible!. It's all water weight, etc!.

If your friend insists, toss these facts at her:

Every kg of fat is equal to 7700 calories!. Yep, that's A LOT of calories!.

An average woman burns about 1700 calories a day just being alive!. So even if she ate nothing at all for a week!.!. that still barely adds up to 1kg of fat lost!. Actually, starving yourself for a week wouldn't even add up to 1kg, because the body would start to hold on to all of that weight!.

What about through exercise!? Well, you could burn about 500 calories by running 4-5 miles (not walking, straight up running) every day!. That would be 3500 calories a week and 1kg in 2 weeks!.

The point for your friend is!.!. there's no magic way to just get your fat to melt off!. There are RULES to the way the body works!. Just like you can't piss out of your eyeballs, fly, breathe underwater, or anything else silly like that!.!. you absolutely cannot in any way whatsoever lose 1kg of body fat without using up 7700 calories!.

Most people, though!.!. are so stuck on the idea of super-fast (and easy, always easy) weight loss that they'll keep doing their shakes and weird liquid this or herbal that style of weight loss that they refuse to believe anything reasonable!. It took them a long time to gain weight, it takes just as long to lose it!. So if she won't believe it, don't argue!. Let her keep doing her silly shakes every week and have to keep doing it over and over just to dehydrate herself because she'll never actually lose fat that way!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

losing 7 KG in a week is possible!.!.!. not much of it will be fat nor muscle!.!.!. you will lose mostly water!.!.!. you will gain it back in a couple of days of eating carbohydrates!. it will cause dehydration and a host of other problems!. i wouldn't advise you to do it!.

why do people spend 5-10-15-20 years gaining fat, then they want to lose it in a week!? please be reasonable and SANE!

No!.

Eat well but only when hungry and not more than thrice a day!. Include plenty of uncooked vegetables and fruits in each meal, preferably 50%!. To have more satisfaction out of ur food, Chew each morsel at least 32 times!. This will also activate ur body to generate signals of hunger/fullness!. Obey these signals!. Do not go on fast or starvation diet!.

Nothing other than water in between!.

No special diet, call it by any name or program helps as one cannot adopt them on permanent basis!. Diet pills are chemicals and per se bad and shud be avoided unless the doc considers it necessary looking at ur condition!.

Take light exercises and brisk walks for 30 min!.regularly preferably on empty stomach and twice a day!.

U will achieve what u have not even dreamt and that too in a reasonable time and hassle free!.

Be patient and not in a hurry!.

U cannot choose spots for reduction!.

This schedule can be adopted on permanent basis to lead a healthy life and maintain weight!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I suggest that you take time to find a good guide on weight loss and dieting!.

Think of it like this!.!.!. if you follow the instructions on the blog weight loss and dieting should only take one attempt!.

Why go through frustrating struggles and risk injury when you can do it the right way!.
