Bodybuilding beginner, bulk and cut?!


Question: Bodybuilding beginner, bulk and cut!?
I'm 19, 5'11 and 150lb!. I'm pretty skinny!. Should I start bulking then cut!? At what weight should I stop bulking!?

Is this correct about calories/protein intake!? 18-20 times your bodyweight in calories and 1!.5-2g of protein per lbs of bodyweight!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

it really depends on your level of body fat!. as insulin sensitivity decreases in the muscle cell the body fat % gets higher and higher!. this means that less nutrients get shuttled into muscle cells and more into fat cells!. this is why once the body fat % gets past a certain point it easier and easier to get fatter and fatter!. for those that train natural I recommend bulking until body fat gets to be about 15-16% then cut down to 10% and repeat the process!.

BW x 18 or 20 cals will work!. your macros should be close to 30% protein, 50% carbs and 20% fats!. consuming mainly low GI carbs will reduce the amount of body fat gained when bulking!. increase your cals by 10% each week until weight gain occurs, then monitor your body fat % bi-weekly after that to make adjustments to your diet as needed!.
