Question:

How to burn fat off abbs fast?

I'm 5'7 165 and my abbs are not as tight as thy once were and there is now a layer of fat that was never there before.Other than that I'm built like a brick house. I'm willing to work out but dont know the best way or work out to burn the fat.Also dos Rip fule work?

Do cardio at least 4-5 times a week and lift weights at least 3 times a week but don't overdue it. The best rate of fat loss is about 2-3 pounds a week. Another trick to add cardio is the do tasks such as raking leaves or grass clippings, park further from the store/work, garden, or vacuuming.

Make sure you eat a healthy diet rich in fruit and vegetables. Lean meat such as fish or baked or grilled chicken. If you eat steak, trim the fat.

Do this and stick to it, you will lose body fat and have the "six pack" that many men desire.
