Question: Is there a way to lose weight on my stomach without losing too much everywhere else!?
I'm pretty skinny all over, with thin arms and legs and so on!. My only problem is fat on my lower stomach and chunky thighs!. I'm not too bothered about my legs but would really like to try and tighten up my stomach!. I don't really want my arms to get any thinner, though! Is there any way to do this!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

i know exactly what your taking about!.!.its ike a 2 inch section right under your belly button!.!.honestly, thats just the way a womens body looks, seriously, even giselle has it, id say try lower ab crunches lie flat on your back with your hands palms down under each butt cheek for low back support and slowly lower legs until they are 2 inches off the floor, hold 10 seconds, bring back up to 45 degrees, repeat, 100 times a day, should see results in a couple of weeks, also try to stay away from fatty foods, if u need a quick fix meet my friend spanx you can wear it under those shirts that are that annoying clingy material and youll look so slim and smoothWww@Answer-Health@Com

I wouldn't worry so much about losing weight but instead concentrate on gaining muscle!. Unfortunately, when you lose weight it's usually everywhere_and the chest and arms are usually the first areas to go down!. I agree with abdominal workouts like sit-ups would be a good way to achieve your goal!. If you are diligent the results will be a tighter, flatter stomach!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

that is a negative!. you gain muscle in sellect areas based on what isolation movements you perform but your abs will not show under body fat and to lose fat is cardio!. Cardio affects the entire body therefore, no you lose inches everywhere based on how your body type responds to it!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Try to avoid foods high in transfats as there is a tendency for these fats to accumulate in the abdominal area!.

Crunches stengthen abdominal muscles and any strenous physical activity will reduce excess fats first such as those in the abs!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

you can do sit-ups and push-ups!. try to do 100 sit-ups a day and do at least 50 push ups a day!. sooner, your stomach will be smaller!. try to take long walks and hold in your stomach; that'll work!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

You cannot "spot" lose weight!. However you can tone your trouble areas!. Do more sit ups and lower body exercises!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Since your arms are already thin, you could try lifting weights!. This turns fat into muscle!. Try doing sit ups while holding weights as resistance!. Eat alot of protein and less carb foods too!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

This is caused by FAT!. There is no way to trick your body about where it should store it's fat; it decides for you!. There is no special workout that is going to dissolve fat besides the general burning of calories that causes your body to quit storing fat!. It's a scam!. There is NO such thing as a diet or workout or supplement that targets one specific part of your body to reduce fat!. You will lose fat from your body in the reverse order of wherever it was gained!. A workout focused on the area won't make the fat go away, but it will put muscle under the fat!. Muscle boosts metabolism, which indirectly contributes to weight loss!. But it doesn't matter where on your body you build the muscle!.

Some people, especially woman post labor, have loose skin in an area like their stomachs!. This flabby look can be improved with tucks and workouts, but there is no magic cure!.
