It takes 4-12 weeks for your body to improve and adapt to excercise stress!. So it might take that long before you see any results!. Also when you excercise you generally will lose some fat and gain muscle, so weighing yourself on a scale can sometimes be decieving!. Plus you may have to use up more energy during excercise, than you take in through food!. You can have a better weightloss chance if you eat healthy (low energy, high nutrient) foods mostly and limit your unhealthy (high energy, low nutrient foods!. Eating healthy foods mostly will make you full quicker than eating unhealthy foods!.

Healthy (low energy, high nutrient)
Mostly unprocessed vedgetables, fruits, nuts, legumes grains!. Some protein will help muscles too, like fish!.

Unhealthy (high energy, low nutrient
Processed foods such as fast foods, soft drinks, potato crisps!. High sugar, high salt added foods!. This doesn't mean you can't have them, but just not as often!. Like as an end of week small treat for example!.

Also eating 5 small meals a day will increase your metabolism and make fat burining faster!. And never feel hungry!. Drink water so that your muscles recover faster!.

Remember to gradually increase your excercise intensity overtime to continue gaining results in the long term!. This can be done by increasing speed, time etc!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Calories, calories, calories!.!.!.step back and take a look at your diet!.

Are you eating proportionally!?

Are you eating frequently enough!?

It sounds like your right on with the exercise and shedding the pounds will take some time, just be patient eventually you'll get there if you work at it!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

When you first start exercising more routinely, sometimes your body retains more water than usual!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
