Reps with an exercise ball?

What are some good core exercises I can do with my exercise ball. Besides bouncing up and down.

Those balls are great. I use the really big one so my response is based on using a large ball.

You can place ball under your back, place you arms behind her head with your feet planted firmly on the floor (be sure that you are in a stable position and are not moving) then do crunches as if you are on the ground. Keep your abs tight and your shoulders wide while doing this.

Also, depending on the size of the ball, sit upstraight on the ground/floor, have your arms out in front with the ball in your hands, make sure you are pulling your abs in---and slowly turn from side-to-side.

You can also do push ups on the ball. Again make sure that you are in a stable position and don't try it if you are not comfortable. Hope that helps.
