Question: How to loose weight of your legs!?
i have big legs!.!.!.!. their not fat!.!.!. i think im just self contentious!.!.!.
but i was wondering how to you loose weight of you inner thigh, thigh and shins!?
some simple, everyday exercises wold help!.!.!.!. anything!?

i used to have the same problem, eat 1500 calories, no less than that!.!.!.!.that's bad for you!.
walking does wonders, it doesn't bulk you up and it helps trim legs!.
also i recommend squats, lunges and other leg workouts (don't forget stretching!) Also, if you're part of a gym, i recommend the leg/butt machines!.!.!.!.to help with toning up!.
Women who are trying to lose weight off their legs, often avoid squats and lunges because they're afraid of bulk!.!.!.!.it most likely won't!.!.!.!.it'll help you to have toned, sexy legs!.

Well!.!.!.if there not fat then its probally muscle!!!
but to make your thighs a bit slimmer you have to atleast exercise 5-6 times a week by doing 15-30 minutes of running or 15 minutes of SKIPPING (skipping will definitely do the job!) because it gets rid of the fat and gains muscle! you can never have to much muscle!
and eating fruit ALOT! and drink lots of WATER!
you must also go to the toilet everyday (i don't mean wee wee) wee wee is good but I'm talking about the other one :)
if you cant then eat a banana and drink lots of water straight after and i mean lots!
after a few minutes you SHOULD be able to go!
also eat lots of apples and other fruit!
AND LAST BUT NOT LEAST sleep early! it doesn't count if you get enough sleep but to sleep early is better!! about 8:30-9:00pm you should go to bed!Www@Answer-Health@Com

you can't specifically lose weight from one area of your body
but doing a lot of cycling or walking uphill will tone them up :)
if you feel self concious, why not treat yourself to a leg wax proffessionaly done!? it should cost too much and will make you feel better :)Www@Answer-Health@Com
