yeah tomorrow ill start running 1 mile everyday because I havent done any exercise for a long time so whats the good effects of running 1 mile everyday!? im a guy 5!.6 14 years old and i weigh 120 pounds im skinny and my stomach is just a belly and I want to change it so good effects of running a mile for me!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Well you're quite thin so you will lose weight unless you increase your calorie intake!. Running will improve your mood (natural endorphins=runner's high) and increase your endurance so you will soon be able to run more than 1 mile easily!. Running will really only visibly tone your legs!. So if you want to tone up all over you'll need to weight train as well!. Have fun!Www@Answer-Health@Com
Good start slow 1 mile for a week then gradually increase the distance!.
