How do i get a 6 pac?!


Question: How do i get a 6 pac!?

Well I have a decent four-pack and I've been doing a LOT of crunches everyday!. Probably over 200!.

1!. Bicycle crunches 12-16 reps!.
2!. Verticle leg crunches 12-16 reps!.
3!. Long arm crunches 12-16 reps!.
4!. Reverse crunches 12-16 reps
5!. full verticle crunch 12-16 reps
6!. plank 1-3 minutes
7!. Leg lifts & crunch at same time 60 reps
8!. toe touch crunch 10 reps each leg

I do these every single day!.But I do about 20 reps of each, even though 12-16 is recommended for WOMEN!. And since you're a guy I would increase the amount of reps!. If you don't know how to do them, or know exactly what they are, you can look them up!. I would tell you to email me, but Yahoo mail isn't working!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

At your age you don't need to really worry about getting a six pack!. But if you are fairly active (such as biking and basketball and running), then it shouldn't be that hard to get "toned" in the stomach area!. It won't really matter what you eat, since you're 13, you have a really high metabolism!. But if you insist on a diet, try and limit the amount of times you go and eat fast food, as this can cause a rise in blood pressure and cholesterol, and make you gain more fat if you don't work it off!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

proper diet and exercise

2) Eat steam food, vegetables, fruits, lean meat

5) have 5-6 healthy meals a day (1 plate size only) to keep the tummy

Your 13 and want a six pack!. Trying to impress the girls this summer, huh!. I doubt that you will get one that quick!. But sit ups w can always help with the abdominal region!. But don't get made if they don't start right away!. The MEN that you've see with them have worked a long time to get them and have to work even harder to keep them!. GOOD LUCK!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
