Im not losing any weight from exercising!!! UGH!?!


Question: Im not losing any weight from exercising!!! UGH!!?
17 years old!. 173 pounds!. 5'8!.

I eat healthy enough!. not too healthy, but i never gain weight when i dont exercise, so i dont understand why im not losing weight since i have started to exercise!

I started a strength training class in january, and gained weight from muscle until about march!. I weighed myself in march and had got down to 173 from 178!.

But now its the end of may and i still weigh the same!

What i usually do at the gym is ellipticals for 30-40 minutes!. Should i just walk instead!? should i do the bikes instead!?
i cant run, i have bad asthma, so thats not good for me!.

The problem with ellipticals is that many people don't use them hard enough to lose weight!. I don't know if you are, but you need to get your heart rate up around 150 or 160 to see any real weight loss from exercise!. They've done scientific experiments with people doing lower intensity and they don't lose weight!. Also consider doing high intensity interval training as that has been shown to help you reduce body fat!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

make sure youre getting enough protein!. maybe replace a meal with a protein shake after working out!. I lost weight like crazy when i did that!. but the directions on the bottles are for mass gaining!. however, if interested email me cause i have all the proper carb to protein ratios to help balance the shake and help you lose weight!. make sure youre burning more calories than youre taking in also!. keep at it, youll get there!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

some things you could try include cutting your carbs in half!. And I say that because one time i gave up mashed patatoes, and i lost wieght
Try to not be stressful this is a reson why women have a harder time loosing wieght then men
GO TO BED EARLIER!
this will help you in your life, and loosing wight!.
Keep on excercising!. DANCE for 30 minutes a day for about a week
(or continue do ing it)

I do not know what the name of the !.gov website the Feds put out, but they suggest a food pyramid chart to adjust what kinds of foods may work best for you!. That may be too big a change all at once!. I myself, cannot do the food chart either, but I get the fluid intake in to help fill me up I just have to vary the flavors, watch the calories, and make sure I keep lots wherever I go!. I also am a big fan of Denise Austin's 30 minute daily workouts!. They vary working the muscle groups so my body does not adapt to one type of workout!. Take one week and write on paper everything you eat and drink (as bst you can) on a given day and see if there is a reason for the weight stabilization!?Www@Answer-Health@Com
