I'm not fat but want to lose some extra pounds in 4 weeks. What should i do lose the most weight possible?

i'm 5'3 and 140 lbs

I only have a littel bite of time so please give something that will work. I am about to go crazy. once agian i am only 5'3 and should be losing pound much fast for my wiegth of 140 lbs.


Answers:

if you only want to lose weight for a short period of time then eating less is the right answer. but you will gain it back plus some later.

the eat more protein and less processed foods.

also exercise more, but not (for example) for 30 minutes 3 times a week.

it is better if you exersize for an hour to an hour and a half.


if you exercise for 20 minutes you won't burn off any fat just improve your muscle.
if you exercise for 40 minutes then you will burn partial fat and still improve your muslce.
but if you exercise for more than 40 minutes you will burn almost all fat.
