Oatmeal or cereal?!


Question: Oatmeal or cereal!?
i'm kind of on a diet!.
what would make me gain more weight!?
one packet of strawberry and cream oatmeal, or like (about)1 1/2 cup of Grape Nut Flakes cereal with nonfat milk!?
grape nut flakes has more calories than the oatmeal, but the oatmeal has more sugar!. so idk!Www@Answer-Health@Com

are you on a diet to gain weight!? Otherwise you should be asking which would help you lose weight!.

To lose, I'd go with the grape nut flakes if they have more fiber and probably more nutrition, and the fat free milk is a good idea!.

If you're trying to gain, go with some whole milk on them!. It's healthier to gain weight with nutritive foods rather than sugar!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Grapenuts I guess, since it all comes down to calories!. But if you buy normal, NOT instant oatmeal, then oatmeal is the better choice!. It contains NO sugar and is 100% healthy for you!. Adding sliced apple and cinnamon makes it really good!.!.!.otherwise it is sort of bland!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Oatmeal is much, much better!. Get the plain kind!.!.!.no added sugar etc!. Make it with skim milk or even water, and add a little honey and some fresh fruit, and it will keep you full a lot longer than cerial will!. Also good for cholestrol!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Cereal i chosses this because cerial had more sugars and more calories on it so if you want to gain weight i say eat cerealWww@Answer-Health@Com
