Question: Become more graceful and flexible!?
I am rather clumsy and would like to know if there`s anything I can do to be more graceful and flexible!. I see these gymnasts go around standing on their hands and stuff and make it look so easy!. Would taking gymnastics help!? Or maybe taichi or something like that!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Any exercise that focuses on balance and stretching will help!.
You can try yoga, tai chi or if you like dancing, I'd say ballet!.
Nothing shapes and straightens your body like ballet exercises!. I took classes when I was younger and people could tell I was a ballet dancer for years after - that's how much it helps your posture, walk and general look!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
